The next form will give you your "Search Criteria". The most common fields searched in this area, that will also give you a good search parameter, is as follows:

 

• Area
• Bedrooms
• List Price
• View

 

You can always go back and refine your search to include such items as "Legal Address" (if you know it) or even "Street Name".  One other handy search tools is at the very bottom, called "Properties Per Page". You can adjust this number upwards of 40, if you wish to skim your primary searches.
